Help! Trying to restore a '59 30ft Sovereign

Hey there, my name is Ashley. I am the new owner of a 1959 Sovereign... It is completely stripped, empty on the inside. It has no windows and doesn't even have a door

But I wanna start from scratch and make it really wonderful and nice. I don't have the slightest idea of where I should even start, though. I'm thinking probably with windows and a door first, but I'm in San Diego and can't really find anyone who puts windows on Airstreams? And then I think after that I will have to do plumbing and stuff... I don't know. I don't want to restore it to it's original features. I am hoping to do something new, efficient, and personalized with the interior.

I really want to get started on this project because I hope to finish it in a year or so, and then live in it full time, but I have no idea where to even start. I am a 23 year old college student. I know this is gonna take time, and that I'm gonna have to invest some money into it, but it's worth it to me, I just need help. Anything is appreciated! Thank you.
