Floor plan needed for 1962 Trade Wind, Anyone have?

Hi there, does anyone have a skematic of the floorplan for a 1962 Trade Wind Double with a gaucho in the front.
I just purchased a 62 TW double with front gaucho and am planning my interior restoration. I am choosing fabrics, floor covering, etc and creating my sample board.
Also, does anyone happen to know how much fabric is needed for the gaucho's?
Where I can get the original style hanging clips for the shower curtain track?
Also looking for a fridge and a aqua stove/range if anyone knows of one.
Thank you,
Mary in St. Petersburg, FL

Airstream has all the 62 floorplans on its site. They are here.

Our re-covering of the gaucho took a lot of fabric. I am thinking it was 10 yards, but am not completely positive.

Good luck with the project!

Hi Barry & Karen, Thanks so much, yes I took the plunge on a 62 TradeWind, found on ebay (not the wisest of decisions) but I was having a problem finding anything within a reasonable driving distance to me that was under $5K. My TW needs some work, but the shell is in really good shape and the floors are solid, Interior in tact (minus a fridge and working heater) and it already had AC added (critical for Florida). I would have preferred a Safari or Globetrotter but they were all much more money. Wish me luck!! I do love the space inside, and I know I can always resell it and get a smaller Airstream down the road. Will you be coming to FL in the fall for the rally in Sarasota? Let me know if the fair winds ever bring you my way! Take care and thank you for all your help!
Mary

Mary,

Congratulations on finding a great trailer. '62 was a very good year.

I'll make a bold prediction that you'll be happier in the slightly larger trailer -- at least that is our experience.

BTW, we really enjoyed some time this winter in your back yard -- Fort DeSoto.

As far as the fall rally- no we won't be coming this fall but maybe a little later in the winter. My best friend from younger years ( 50s-70's) lives in Sarasota, and would love to see him. For Karen and I , as a wedding gift , he gave us a 4 hour tarpon charter, in Boca Raton. His father in law owned a charter service there and it was one of the coolest thing we ever done , sports wise together. I also have a sister in Lady Lakes we are going to visit, so don't be surprised if we come knocking!!

As far as a gaucho , we used 18 yards for the gaucho and the five cushions for the table seating area. It took that much as we had a pattern match to deal with and we did end up with about 3 yards extra for repairs. Good luck!!
