bulkhead alum specs

Looking for some interior bulkhead aluminum panel measurements. I have pulled out the plastic bulkhead and want to cut, fit, roll, shrink, and rivet sheet material in place of the plastic.

If it's a bulkhead....suggest you use a wood bulkhead and cover with an aluminum sheet. Then make a pet tern of cardboards, transfer to the new bulkhead and do your thing. A single alum. sheet bulkhead will fit but look like hell and rattle/warp all the time.

then it should be restricted, redesigned or removed from production."

Are you talking about the bulkheads which are the interior walls or the endcaps which are the upper curved pieces at each end of the trailer?

bulkhead panel patterns

I will use at least five pieces, as suggested starting with cardboard cutouts, using 2024t. It will be a big project, but the payoff will be a polished half dome. Considering mirroring exterior alum pattern as it will be easier to measure. But check out this patten I found on Vintage Airstream. How cool is that! And yes it is the interior walls.
