That is an enameled cast iron sink. They are heavy and expensive. You can probably order one at a home center since several major plumbing manufacturers make them in a wide variety of sizes and colors.

a different colour but it looks similar to the one in the freshly cleaned kitchen of my 60 Sovereign…..(this is how it looked the day I went to pick up my jewel).
