anyone know what these white things are?

Hi. These are on the wall next to my stove top. There are 4 little white knob-like, plastic parts. I was about to remove them, but thought maybe they serve a purpose?!Click image for larger version

I think they cover up screw heads.

Do they keep your stove burner cover from hitting the back wall?

Wow. I guess they are just screw covers. Strange part is the screws don't do anything. They are just in the wall, with the closet on the other side. Oh well, I guess they served a purpose at some point.

Well, a PO could've had a spice rack there, or something....then removed it and had screw holes.

My AS has a few extras with caps where I had to reinforce the pocket door stops which are inside the hollow walls of the bathroom. Clean way of fixing it right!
