Aluminum Skin

We are refinishing a 96 Excella. We pulled part of the white fuzzy carpet off to reveal the aluminum skin. Will we have to cover it or can we shine it?

You can do either. The stuff you're referring to is generally called mouse fur. I've seen threads where people have gone both ways with good results.

Google airstream mouse fur removal from outside the forums and you'll get plenty of results that will help. The in forum search is very limited which is why googling externally is better search. Knowing to call it mouse fur helps.
