Adding dinette

I am looking to purchase an 82 to 85 31'. Some models come with a dinette which converts into a bed. I need the extra bed. The Airstreams I seen with the bed-dinette all have been on line and I have no measerements for a reference. I have several questions on doing this.
1. Can I fit a sleeper dinette in one (between refri. and the open sofa)
2. Where can I purchase one from?
3. Where can I find floor plans of 82 85 - 31' airstreams?
