26' Floorplan challenge

We have a '64 26' Overlander that we've gutted and will be rebuilding soon. We want to have a rear bedroom and center bath but the trailer has a tandem axle so I need some clever thoughts/ideas on how to accomplish this design challenge. Thanks for your input!

Here's a link to the current Flying Cloud 25 Layout. If you look around on the site, there are lots of layouts in different lengths. Maybe these will inspire you.

When I had an Overlander (1961) I wanted the same idea. I looked at generic RV step tubs to sit up on the floor and step up over the wheel well but I eventually axed the plan and went rear bath. With vintage width it's tricky but doable. I think the key may be accepting that the side bath will eat up a lot of the available width and that whatever is on the opposite side would need to be quite narrow, close to 12" really.

Bedroom in back, bath and galley (heavy appliances) and storage tanks in middle, living in front. Arrange to fit windows and door, end up with 10 to 15% hitch weight.
