Couldn't agree more with you! I hope all of us Cruisette owners can meet up at Vintage Airstream rally someday. Maybe for their 60th birthdays?

It is my understanding that none of the Cruisette's had inner skins on the end caps. They were for short weekend excursions.

I'd go to that Cruisette rally. Be really cool to see them all together.

Hi Matt,
I've got lots of pictures of our '52. I'll put some more up on the blog (good nudge to work on it!) and add a link to my Flickr album. Our trailer is quasi usable as an aluminum tent as is. This weekend I'm actually getting it out of its rural storage spot and swap it with our other trailer here at the house. We live in the city and need an "improved surface" to park it on to avoid heat from the zoning people.
Until I get it 15 ft. from my tools & shop nothing major willl get done and nothing minor will get done til I replace the floor. I really want the whole thing done by 2012.
