The shell has landed

Big step was completed yesterday The shell came down on the frame. Lots of freinds came over and helped rise it up, back the frame underneath and then lower it down. Everything lined up pretty close with a little coaxing. Next step will be attaching the body struts to the frame and then drilling out a few hundred rivets to replace exterior skin.

Congratulations!!

From the looks of it, you're working in some tight quarters.

Taking notes for our shell-off.

This is a busy time for putting bodies back on revitalized frames. It looks like you had a LOT of help getting that body back on. The pictures are great and much appreciated.
