Recently purchased a '53 17-footer, in need of parts

I have been told that the drip caps above the door and hatches is still available??? Where might these be found??? Any help greatly appreciated. Also looking for any parts for that year trailer ???????Thanks

I've been told that you can pick these up from Airstream dealers, but I haven't tried this yet, myself.

There aren't many parts still knocking around for the early 50 trailers. Keep your eyes on ebay, check out what is available at Airstream Dreams, and improvise (or reconstruct) when necessary.

Still, a 53 17 footer is pretty darn sweet. What a dream trailer!
