So where did you find that great looking stainless cover?

Had to remove the 3 self tapping screws from the original bezel, but the light fixture isn't going anywhere (well caulked to the trailer). Picked up some SS flat head sheet metal screws and was going to countersink the bezel but decided against it. The automotive trim tape covers all completely. May run a bead of urethane caulk around the outer edge later to insure against water seeping in.
With the LED replacement bulb in the fixture, I don't expect to have to remove the cover in my lifetime.

What diameter did you use? 4” or 4.7”?

The 4.7" model. Actual O.D. of the item is 5.75" which fits nicely over the old style bezel, and with the bezel screws removed and a single layer of the adhesive tape, it fits to just touch the side of the trailer. Only drawback is that the bezel screw holes line up with the crease in the cover, hence the need for the automotive trim adhesive tape.

Ordered this, it was dented upon arrival but I’ll happily order another. I sure wish I’d worn gloves, I wouldn’t have so many blood stains from the very thin metal going right through my pinky!

Did you order the fixture MountainMan recommended? If so, and you plan to put it over a newer scare light, I might be able to give you some help. I just did mine. Not for the faint of heart!

My also arrived with a dent. I was able to pop the dent out with my thumb...mostly. It was easy. Try it, yours may pop out cleanly.

On my trailer, the stove vent is directly above the light.
I am considering replacing the bottom screws holding the vent to the trailer with snaps so that I could snap on a cloth to cover the light and diffuse the bright beam.
