Restart furnace on 2017 FC

Does anyone know the correct sequence of steps to get the furnace providing heat again? We are in FLA now, but may need heat as we move North. Thanks.

Put the thermostat on either Auto or heat pump or heater, set desired temp. Procedure is detailed in the owners package of information.

Thanks, chief, but no good. Walked through steps in manual and no luck. Pulled panel to make sure switch in "reset" position. Furnace tries to light and blower cycle, but no heat from floor vents. Like gas not reaching pilot. Went to HD and bought electric space heater. Under warranty so will make it AS'S problem.

Had some friends with a FC 25 had this problem...took it in for repair and it was a electrical problem with the unit. AS covered it under warranty for them.

We had the opposite issue with our 23D when we bought it. Turned on the radio and the heater came on. No matter what the thermostat was set to... as it turns out it, a piece of the brass in the molex connector was shorting out the radio and thermostat wires, so when the radio kicked on, so did the heater. Not bad except we didn't need it when it was 80 degrees outside already.

Now that's a strange and funny one...had a chevy truck I bought new back in the 90"s. Horn wouldn't work.

Before I could get back to dealership I took the wife to Sonic. Couldn't push the order button so had to open the door a little...guess what happened as I leaned on the horn? Yep...with door open horn worked. Close door and no horn.

We got a big laugh out of that one! I'm sure you did the turn radio on and heater comes on too...funny stuff!
