Removing Clarion Speaker Grill
Can anyone tell me how to remove the Clarion spkr grill without breaking it? It fits so tightly . I need to remove the speaker in order to access the USB charging port which is not working. Thanks.

Tommy that's been discussed here so someone will chime in to give you a hand with that.
Just fyi it looks like you started two simultaneous threads on it as you might not have realized the first one posted.

Removing Clarion Spkr Grille
The metal part of the grill is the part that comes off, and it is held by tension. Get a small pick and tug lightly on the metal grill part (along the side) and it should come off. The plastic surround and speaker are held in by four screws.

Somewhat of a surprise on my 2017 Airstream, 2 speakers that I had to remove for some work were held in with only three screws each. Plus one of the speakers had poor sound at modest volume levels that was caused by one of the wire clips being way to loose.

Removing Clarion Speaker Grill
Better solution: yank em out and replace with a pair of Polk DB651's. For about $62 a pair you can't go wrong, and uses same screw mounts and wire connectors. Installs easily! Fuller and more articulate musical sound, especially with movies.
