We really like the layout of our new 28 Serenity, with a dinette and a couch.ferls moreopen. It is only one foot longer than the 26.

I would love to see the 26RB done in the Classic with those gorgeous solid wood cabinets. The cushions in the FC 26 seem to be thin. The Globetrotter has a wonderful design too. A 26RB Globetrotter would also be nice. Am I the only one that believes the 26RB would be so much classier as a Classic or Globetrotter?

Yes, you are! Actually, the Classic couch is my favorite of all the comfort zones in the AS's, including the GT; I do like the new stove in the Classic and GT also...

The "thin" cushions you mention in older models may have been replaced with denser cushions in some of the 19' models...I know I have same issue with my 2017 28'FC cushions-they bottom out, and I was told by AS Jackson that they are much denser now in new models. So, I took a cushion from my AS to a dealer in TX and compared inside a new 28' FC, and I didn't bottom out with the new cushions! I am going to buy the new ones when I visit Jackson in the fall.

New 26U!

Congrats on your soon to be yours FC 26U RBT. We just upgraded to a 2019 FC25 RBT from a 2017 International Serenity 23D. The mattresses in our new twin seem to be better than the 23D's. We did order the Airstream custom fitted sheets in the 600 thread count and they are very nice. The cushions are definitely firmer in the 2019 vs the 2017.

Your going to love the twin bed layout. Storage, easy to make beds, more room to dress after shower.

We looked at the 26U but DW was concerned about macerator commode and liked the larger bath in the 25 RBT even though it is a split shower/bath. Soooo, I said a FC25 RBT is what it will be! Happy travels.

I am also hoping for a 26RB as they continue to augment the Globetrotter line! I love the large seating area and all in one bathroom.

Bought the 25' RBT. It was my only really brilliant decision in moving up from the 22' (to agree with my wife's decision about it, I mean). The extra space in the bedroom is way more important than being able to sleep in the same bed.

Plus, the twins give me lots of extra space … because both dogs sleep with her.

The 26 and the 28 also...would love to see in a GT or Classic!

As for my earlier post about replacing the cushions in our 28' with "new denser" foam...after visiting Jackson Center, we ordered the new foam, but were not able to receive or verify density since they had to order it; (couldn't just go over and take one off the assembly line to test out for us! ) so they were going to ship the new ones to us....turns out, we went to Alumalina from JC in Marion, NC the following week, and there was a brand new 28FC there to test out their cusions...the cushions were exactly same density as in our 2017 model, so we canceled the order with JC. We also were able to sit in a brand new 30' FC "Bunkhouse" model next door, with the straight couch; now that model did have great density in the cushions; both sitting and back cushions...I asked about them with JC, and was told, different manufacturer...think we are going to go to a local boat cushion shop and try again.. If we can't get the comfort we want, perhaps we will end up biting the bullet and getting a Classic after all...
