Pick her up on Aug 27

2019 Flying Cloud cb23. New on the 2019 is better insulation and a one piece roof which both sounded good. New bathroom door which really was my only complaint
Just Purchased 2018 F150 xlt ecoboost 2.7L no sun roof no power step rails, super cab, 6ft bed, cool auto trailer hitch hookup feature 3.73 rear end. Rated to pull over 8K. I believe that should pull, stop and control this trailer but still not convinced I did not need the 3.5L. At a later date I will truthfully report if its the right truck.
I have looked to buy a used one for two years now and really just could not find one.
Really looking forward to seeing this great county keeping in mind its the journey, not the destination. And NOT watching any news or caring what is going on. What a feeling of Freedom!

I will read the 23 board and please pass any recommendations.

Is that fastway sway bar what I really want? I plan on cross country trips.

Many thanks and look forward to talking with you guys!

No - there are reasons to use that hitch, but there are also better designs on the market. Do your research and understand why you want a specific hitch. That means you understand what is good, what is bad, and how you will compensate for the shortfalls. They all have some. Pat
