Just venting forgive me

We have a 17 FC 28 went on a 4 week trip out west and of course there was issues that arose with the unit nothing major believe me I’ve been dealing with all issues myself (like the door handle coming off inside 1st trip interesting) due to a dealer that is absolutely worthless after the sale and actually before the sale which is on us should have walked, anywho I digress, so I’ve been dealing with JC regarding warranty parts arrived home & on 5-18 ordered parts so before our current trip things can be fixed now the fun begins I sent pics of parts needed accurate descriptions and nothing, call, leave message nothing, email, still nothing now it’s july, call, email, finally get a response stating all parts located except strap & can ship, great out of the 4 parts needed mind you with pics and description we receive a pack of interior hinges which wasn’t even in the pic or description and nothing else r u freaking kidding me so I give up call Woodland RV Grand Rapids MI talk to the best Dang RV parts lady in the biz explain my problem and Baam! Within 3 days all parts obtained & shipped JC take note on what service should be... (me talking) self it’s not a RV it’s a hobby yes Jeff you are correct😉

It boggles the mind.

Glad you found a good source and have gotten your parts.

Our experience with Woodland has been fantastic, great service department. We have bought both of our AS from them and had very few problems on delivery. Six years after the sale and I know one call to them and help is available.

Hi

Colonial in New Jersey and Out of Doors Mart in North Carolina both do a darn good job on parts. I have a thread running talking about a horrible dealer here in Tennessee compared to the great service from North Carolina.

Woodland RV is one of the best, (if not the best) RV dealer for both sales and service......We bought a used 30' Airstream from them a number of years ago. Since then, and after selling that one and buying a 34'er, I've had them repair and replace a lot of things on the 34.....they are courteous, prompt, and their workmanship is outstanding...

Another good service center is "Countryman's RV and Marine repair" in Foley, Alabama....

For whatever it's worth,
Larry

Didn’t buy from Woodland but had my 2 inch receiver installed by them. What great service. Arrived there on a Sunday night and they let us park overnight so we could get things going on Monday morning. Even though it was a one day job they let us keep the rig there until Thursday while went up to Mackinac for a few days.
They kept me hooked up to power so my stuff in the fridge would keep and even dumped my tanks for me.
Would go back there in a heartbeat! Just super!

Thanks for the reviews. Woodland sounds like the place to go if you live in the neighboring states.

Woodland has been great for ordering those little odds and ends that seem to be out of stock or overpriced other places. (like the "Riveted" front plate)

Woodland, in Grand Rapids is the best. Chad Carlson from Woodland runs the Urban Airstream in Eaton Rapids, Michigan in September, great time.

Your vent is important to calling attention to a full range of quality we all expect and -- seems -- for the most part is delivered. The exceptions need to be called to our collective attention. I add, the Northwest dealer network is a credit to the larger organization.
