Front Plexiglass Windows

Our 2018 FC 27 has quite a gap at the top of the front plexiglass protector windows. There are some hefty rubber gaskets at the top, but on ours there is a 1"+ gap between the gasket and the trailer shell.

Is this normal? Or do we have a warranty problem?

My 2018FC has the same issue. Have to clean out leaves, pollen, insects and the odd detritus regularly or it gets nasty behind the protectors .... seems sloppy as hell but just one of many such small issues. [emoji21]

Very normal. I cleaned a bucket of leaves out on mine. They do swing out for cleaning. Just be careful to locked them back in place.

My cynical thinking is that the gaskets are there to serve as a cushion, to keep from scuffing the aluminum when the protector takes a hit, or the wind pushes it tight against the AS when I'm driving too fast across West Texas...

Yup, the 'stuff' accumulates, and you have to clean it out occasionally, and be darn sure it's latched back correctly...
