Anyone removed dinette and bank seating and modified/replaced with recliner(s) ... without moving or modifying the furnace. Looking for photos and hints. Regards

We have done that on a FB 27FT FC and 25FT FB Safari....any FB 25 or 27 foot will have the furnace in the same place. We have a counter built in that goes over the furnace but it goes lower by the chair with book shelf and shelf above that. My wife uses top shelf to set her laptop. We have a table between the recliners. There is room but not for very large recliners. Both recliners are angled toward the center of the trailer.

I did my 25FB EB with 2 electric wall hugger recliners. No furnace relocate needed. I cut the old dinette table down to make it narrower and added 2 floor bases so it can be relocated in front or the sofa. Built a sofa storage box with a small angle cutoff to allow the recliners enough space to recline and made the top fold out for a wider (but shorter) bed and use the recliner for that bed when needed for an adult's feet to be supported. The relocated table has a second set of legs to support the new wider sofa bed when it is opened up. The table can also go back to its original spot between the recliners now that it is narrowed. I offset the legs on the bottom of the table to give more space to the recliner area when lounging and flip it around for eating so one person can get in from each side. Sorry about the last picture I don't know how or why it went upside down.

Interesting approach with table. We are looking at smaller recliners and total elimination of the table. Still want to keep the bed area as well as leave the furnace area alone.

We removed the doorside bench and replaced with the Lambright wallhugger recliner and replaced the existing table. We shortened the sofa and built a cabinet under the television for more storage and counter space. We did not have to move or modify the furnace. We also converted our queen beds to twin which gave us more headroom as we are both tall. Other modifications to bedroom were made by adding a short cabinet as well as a full closet at the end of both twins. Added storage is great.
