brown sticky gum leaking from overhead in two places

We have a 2016 23FB. We've noticed this brownish sticky stuff dripping from overhead in two locations. It is similar to maybe maple syrup or pine tree sap. It cleans up easily and doesn't seem to be an issue except it is bothersome of course and it did get on the white bedroom curtains. We first noticed this leak in the rear where the internal aluminum endcap overlaps the rest of the aluminum, above the toilet. The second place is on the same site side, all the way forward. It drips down just where the curtain slider is and will drip down to the lower curtain slider.

This is a very slow drip. It seems to just magically show up unexpectedly. A small drip, nothing major. Clean it up and several days later, another drip but from a few inches over one direction or another.

At this time, I do not think it coincides with any rain or exterior issue. I may be some sort of sealant used during construction which has been making its way out.

Has anyone else seen this?

Hi

Industrial Urethane glue sometimes comes in a "part A / part B" combo. If you get the ratio wrong one way, it goes a bit nuts (that end I have experience on .. as in call the fire department ... ). If the ratio is off the other way, it just stays a brown goo forever and ever.

Just a guess .... I believe AS uses urethane to stick down the fiberglass in the walls.

For ever is a long time.
If you have a warranty I would file a claim now.
If it is as noted above the panels may hve to come down to remove he source.
