Alumimun - Forged wheels

Owner's manual says the following:

"When Removing alumimun-forged wheels from spindle, it is important to mark them to ensure the wheel is placed in the position on the drum when reinstalling".

Had a flat tire on a trip to Keys West and did not mark tire. What can I do to prevent any damage to the wheel of drum?

You should be fine. Just make sure there is no rubbing and the lugs are torqued properly. Can take it into a tire shop to check out and have them reassess. You are just trying to get back on the road from the flat at this point.
