Think I would insist on a pressure test if I ever go for a new unit before I would drive off the lot or write a check! Food for thought

Actually they DID the pressure test on "Rosie" - lots of fan pressure inside and a soapy solution sprayed on the outside. They sent me pictures of the ""bubbles"" around the light fixture that was loose - it was the one near to the awning fasteners - but they also checked the other things on the roof.
