Thoughts purchasing new 27FB thats been on dealers lot since 11/16. Any thoughts on things to look for, love the sales person and itt seems i received a fair deal.
11/16 isn't that long really...but check the build date on the trailer. It's located on the front driver side down along the bottom. That is the true age of the trailer.
As long as it hasn't been to a RV show or used as their indoor display it should be fine.
Good point about checking batteries...dealers tend to neglect them until sold.
Congratulations on your new buy your going to love it. Who did you buy this from? We traded this same exact model in for a 2017 classic. I was wondering if it could have been ours, we only had the Flying Cloud for 5 months before trading it in. Everything was perfect on it we just needed a little more room.
Don't want to get your head spinning with the pros and cons of various Weight Distribution/Sway control systems.....but it is important to your well being. Read this thread and consider the Equalizer with an open mind.
If you are going to Colonial in NJ, I found them extremely helpful. Take your time going over everything - systems - etc. They will help you as long as you need their help. Might be a good idea to record (movie) everything. You can forget a lot of things quickly as there is much to be learned. ENJOY.
