I'm trying to add an outlet in the front box. It shows a hinge, and I can only assume it's so the front seat can swing up and expose the wire chase (I hope) that goes right where I want it. Obviously, under the seat is the front storage locker, but it has a lower section where I need to access. There's a trap door over the inverter, and another over the curbside for storage, and I'd like to see how they connect.
I also included the street side seat, maybe it will give you a clue how it's assembled.
(If I was guessing, seeing those 4 cleats along the top, I'd think the seat screws into those from below, then the unit is installed as a unit. Although a craftsman would never go through the cleat to screw into plywood, he'd go top down, into the cleat)

Thanks, I was in contact (numerous emails) with the factory last year about this issue, I have all those schematics. I was advise to look under the seat around the perimeter and see the pocket screws through the access panel where I could access the pocket screws under the seat. Well, I looked at the first attached schematic and cannot see any screw holes/locations for where the seat base (item 5) would attach to the SUB ASSY (item 8).
it’s “impossible” to access all the crews that hold the base down onto the sub assy. Attached are some pictures I took that should explain my dilemma. Picture #1 shows the collapsed furnace support, pic taken through the access panel.
There are 3 screws that I can access through the access panel that I believe hold down the front of the dinette base, see pics 2 and 3. However, there are also screws in the back that hold down the base, I located one of those screws (see pics 4 and 5) that’s impossible for me to reach from the inverter access panel.
I believe there are more screws towards the rear wall, however they are hidden behind the furnace. Needles to say it's obviously very important that I repair/strengthen that furnace support, as yet I have no idea how to remove that damn base!
And sorry my pictures are all bunched up, I don't know how to load a picture, then text, then load another picture!
