Specific items for 2017 Classic 30 Checklist

We are taking delivery of our new 2017 Classic this week and would like to hear of things to add to our check list specific to the Classic 30?

Turn on all the lights using the Interior and Exterior Master On switch and turn on the tank heaters. Watch the battery voltage on the Fire Fly and listen for the Converter fan under the Wardrobe left side. I never heard our Converter fan before I replaced a dead Converter after two months, under warranty, with Parallax, none available from Airstream. The converters have been failing a bit lately. The owners manual says you "may never hear it run", but you should.

You can download an Owners Manual to read before you get there.

Especially read over thethread, Much Ado About Alde, so you can understand this new system and comprehend the orientation tour. Run the hot water, for a while.

Turn on the heat with just the Alde system to make sure it is working. If you have to turn on the Air Condioner to make it cold enough then do so. Also, make sure you have enough hot water to take a shower. While checking on other systems let the hot water run, your hot water should last 15 minutes if it is working properly. Check the Alde fluid level inside the cabinet in the bathroom above the heated towel bar. You will need to remove the panel. Make sure all stabilizers are deploying properly. Raise and lower all shades. Check all air vents in the ceiling to make sure they are tight and will not fall out. Check tire pressure.
That's all I can think of at the moment. Be sure you have read the threads about the Alde system and the mixing valve.
