Lowering Powered Awning for cleaning

You guys may already know this. But I just found out today how to lower Awning to clean before storing closed.
For anyone else that didn't know here's the directions I got from Zip Dee
1- with awning fully open turn power off and back on(red button on firefly panel).
2- retract awning,( the awning will not start rolling up,the arms will only retract, hit retrack button to stop when arms bottom out.
3- clean awning.
4-hit retrack again, now the awning will roll up ( DO NOT OPEN AWNING BEFORE RETRACKING STOPS ) it will stop about 8/10 inches from fully closed.
5- open fully
6- close completely
I was told after being lowered like this DO NOT hit open before going thru closing cycle because arms may run off mechanism.
