Redesigned 2018 International Signature

We will likely buy a 2017 or 2018 Int'l Signature 25FB Queen after we do a test week rental in late April. We have never pulled or slept in a trailer so the rental from Haydocy Air Stream made sense to us. We are the usual about to retire (kids about out of the house) couple.

I expect that AS may redesign the International Signature for 2018 given the recent remodel of the Flying Cloud. This got me thinking. So I went to the website of Christopher Deam who designed the current model. Low and behold he has some new designs for the International Signature on his site.

http://www.cdeam.com/project/interna...gnature-series

If we don't order until May then we probably need to order the redesign if my assumption is correct. Perhaps they will have both designs available for 2018 like they did with the FC.

Any thoughts on the redesign depicted on his site?

I have an order in for an 2017 International Serenity 25RB for delivery in March, 2017. The only upgrade that I would not want to miss, if it was offered, would be the Alde hydronic heating system (which is presently only offered in the Classic.)

I would also like to see this added. It would seem easier to sell in a Classic with a higher price point. It would be difficult to just make it an option because installation involves a total rework of the systems. I think it would also involve a large price increase as a percentage of MSRP.

It looks nice, but I'm interested in the floor plan... it appears to be about a 23 footer. Does that floor plan already exist?

He doesn't post a floor plan and the pictures shown appear to be a 23 and 27 to me. But if this is correct, it gives me an idea about the veneers and style perhaps months before AS makes this public.

The concept pictures sure look nice! I'm thinking that, like with cars at car shows, the translation to actual production may end up being different than the concept but it's probably worth it to find out more details if you can wait.

I think those photos are really old, probably from the time of the original CCD designs.

I examined the text information that is embedded inside the photo files. There was not much info present, but it did include "<xmp:CreatorTool>Adobe Photoshop CS2 Windows</xmp:CreatorTool>". Adobe Photoshop CS2 for Windows was introduced in April 2005 and superceded by CS3 in April 2007. So that suggests the files are old.

Agreed. I've seen all of those pics before on line at sometime during the previous two years.

The word "crumb catcher" came to mind when I saw the dinette cushions.
