Old Sparky

I have a 2017 27FB. I recently had the batteries replaced as the original batteries would no longer hold a charge. The new batteries are the proper Interstate Brand batteries.

I'm concerned that the batteries were not installed properly, specifically the light duty wires that are attached to the batteries in addition to the heavier battery cables.

I would appreciate it if someone with the same trailer could take a photo of the battery box and send it to me for comparison.

Send to: denis.clements@cox.net

The electrical system works and the batteries do charge from both the tow vehicle and from shore power. However, the batteries run down within a few days of parking for storage.

I know the Propone Gas sensor is continuously on and that does drain the batteries, however, the new batteries are draining way faster than the old batteries did when they were newer.

Maybe check the continuity and resistance on the cable that connects the batteries together?
