AC not working

I am on maiden voyage in 2016 25 ft. International and plugged in thirty amp service last night and unit would not cool. It was in ac mode and set to 72..
It would not produce cool air. I turned off several times and kept checking settings. After an hour it finally started working.
I lean towards thermostat. When l checked inside temp on thermostat it indicated 32 degrees when it was not working.
Any ideas

Did the fan unit come on? Or did it just not cool down? I'd say bad thermostat but that's unlikely. Potentially a power source issue... but that wouldn't explain why it came on later.

Re-set the t/stat before you do anything else.

•Turn the t/stat to 'off'
•Hold the 'mode' and 'zone' buttons down at the same time
•iNiT will display in your window.
•Turn on the t/stat

try it again.

The instructions for resetting the stat should be in the mfg. manual along with your AS owner's manual and other asst. pamphlets in the briefcase from the dealer.

It has not done this for the past week.
I have to think it is an electronic "glitch" and the reset sounds great when and if it would happen again. Thank you!
