It's the least I can do and I'm thrilled to be one of the lucky 100 Pendleton owners. So much so that I'm going to the Mothership in OH to take the factory tour while she's being built!!!

I have the NPS senior pass now (age 62)- Great deal. Ten bucks for a lifetime pass. Now if I can just unload our 2016 Sport 22FB.

2016 Airstream Pendleton Special Edition

Congratulations and best wishes on your purchase. Yes, I'm a little bit jelly, but I'll get over that.

Actually, one way to improve the situation is for us to stop in Pendleton next time we're in Oregon to buy some blankets, towels, etc. for our own trailer. We have a Pendleton outlet within driving distance, but the prices are mostly the same and they have to charge sales tax. So, a visit to the actual factory store is on our list of things to do.

A Thomas Kay throw with leather carrier came with ours but it is not the "Roll up Blanket" shown on Pendleton's website that has a waterproof back. We will be adding one of those to our collection. Everything that is pictured and listed in the brochure came with the trailer. Be aware that there is a Box "A" and a Box "B" that are required for the whole collection. Initially, we received two of Box "B" and had to exchange to complete the collection.

Just re-posting Andrew T's very helpful list, from earlier in this thread, of what comes with the Pendleton model.

Pendleton #62

What a day... took the factory tour at Airstream today, and saw our Pendleton being built. Fun to see the how they move them through the plant and make the components that go into the trailers.
Met some great people and can't wait to get our baby home.

Now that is very cool...observing your Airstream's gestation. Those will be treasured memories and photos. I assume you still have to wait to take delivery through your selling dealer?

I spent two weeks+ at the factory in January 2014 and watched our 31' Classic progress down the line. Fortunately I was there as the approved and charged for change order was not implemented on the shop floor work order. Fortunately I had a copy on my laptop that I shared with the foreman. That required removal of the shower and bathroom furniture to replace the entire linoleum floor and then put in the correct back splash behind the bathroom sink (bare aluminum versus the wall fuzz ).

I watched as the kitchen cabinet base came in and was placed on top of ducting that was crossed just past the furnace. The squeezed ducting was the cause of no heat in the back of the trailer. I told the dealer I knew the cause of that problem and he scoffed until I showed him the photo.

Yes, that is the case. I flew in from TX and I'm doing the tour four days in a row. They let you take as many pictures of your own unit as you want, but ask you not to take photographs inside the plant.

Seeing the entire process is a gas. I'm glad I made the effort, and having the pics is priceless.

Meant to quote Switz-newish to forum.

Brave soul- I'm on day 3 of 4 and fear they may be tired of me already. I brought my Sirius/XM Vehicle Connect Kit that plugs directly into the Polk Ultramarine in the Pendleton. Was hoping they would route the antenna wire to the unit but don't have an answer yet...
I'm taking bunches of photos and will create and print a nice book to keep in the AS.

Hey gang, wondered if anyone else has experienced a delay on Pendleton's? We've had our trailer on order for a few weeks and they initially said it would be here last week. I heard yesterday that the factory ran out of a couple items and am waiting to hear a new timeline. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Any other new Pendleton owners out there?
MarkFinATX, did your trailer make it home yet?

I have been to Jackson Center & done the tour myself - do they let you do anything differently when your own unit is on the line? I'm just curious as to how thoroughly you can check out your own trailer when the tour (at least from my experience) is constantly moving. I'm sure they don't let you hang out there indefinitely, but it would be nice to let you thoroughly check things out - it would save time and money on their end if you can find problems before they get really messed up.
