1962 Flying Cloud

I recently acquired a 1962 22' Flying Cloud. There was no trace of any WBCCI numbers on it, so I assumed it had never been registered. Today while preparing to polish the tanks, I found the name F.B. Barrow and the number 3473 engraved on the bottom. I am thinking this may be the original owners name and WBCCI#. Can anyone out there help me track this down?

Thanks!!!

Here's what I could find. The oldest directory I have is a 1968.In it 3473 is listed to a couple with the last name of Davis from Auburn Maine.
But I did find Franklin Barrow in my 1982 directory with the number 3473 from Napa California.

Thank you so much! Could be the more recent entry, this is a California trailer.

1962 Flying Cloud

Engraving name and WBCCI number on LP tanks is a rather common undertaking for many members who attend International Rallys as often LP refills are done on one or two particular days during a rally and it is often necessary to drop the tank(s) off for later pickup.

Another thought.....The tanks could have been a later purchase and not be original to that particular trailer.
