I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
Bought this Carefree awning for our mid-1950s Airstream, only to find out they really only work on the profile and height of later models. We would have to do extensive modifications to the arm length if we wanted to use it, and it's just not worth the effort.
Condition: it appears everything is in good shape, clips work, knobs tighten and loosen. There's old blobs of paint on some parts that will need to be cleaned off, and I cannot confirm its functionality. It may be missing one piece that connects the roll to the arm, as I only see one with the bag of loose hardware. Canvas in pretty good shape, with some older duct tape reinforcing one section where it attaches to the C-channel
Colors: purple gray and white
Dimensions: 11' 2" wide, by 7' 9" deep
