60's- 80's fixer, solid bones!

I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

First time (prospective) owner here! I'm looking for anything from the 60's to the 80's, any length from 22' to 31'. What is the most important to me is the condition of the trailer! I would like to find a solid shell with minimal (or *ideally* no) leaks, good floor, pipes, wires. I want to rebuild the inside to live and travel in full time solo-style, so I will be re-purposing the interior. For that reason, I must have something that hasn't been lovingly restored... I have no interest in destroying history or anyone's labor of love! I want something that has been brought back part way, but maybe interest was lost, or time became too scarce. Either way, if there's a trailer that is fit for someone who wants to take it from solid to livable, I'd like to know about it!

I'm willing to travel, to pay for good work done that will save me from mechanical or material failures later down the road. I'm very serious about creating something amazing, and am hoping that there is someone who has a trailer that fits the bill!

Any leads, advice, or wisdom is appreciated.
