This 2014 Eddie Bauer 27FB is close to new condition. We originally purchased it in June 2014 and are the only owners. The tires and axles only have 2000 miles from short trips here in California. It is still under transferable factory warranty until June 2016. We will have no time to use it over the coming couple of years and are slimming down. Our list price is $72,000. We have detail cleaned the trailer after every use. Everything has been maintained according to Airstream factory recommendations. There are no leaks, no external damage or dents. It has been stored outdoors but washed and cleaned every month at minimum. The mattress has always had a protective cover.
