I purchased the unit in September of 2016 as the second owner, lovingly cared for and used. Just had a baby and won't be able to use it for a long while.
The front is currently set up with a couch which converts to a bed and has storage compartments beneath. Also included are the original captains chairs (see photos for both set ups). Dinette folds to bed; rear queen bed with closet storage on either side and underneath as well; textured vinyl flooring throughout; kitchen features 3 burner gas range and oven, 2-way (gas or electric) refrigerator - replaced in 2016, large pull out pantry; bathroom features commode, sink, and lots of storage, separate shower is adjacent to large double door closet with hanger bar and shelves. Overhead storage compartments in the kitchen, above dinette, over the front lounge, and rear bed; ceiling mounted flush LED lighting fixtures, wall mounted LED fixtures in lounge area, overhead reading LED fixtures above bed;
Included is the Hensley Arrow no-sway hitch. Exterior aluminum has a couple of small dents and scratches and has some corrosion around the fixtures, roof is water tight; roof mounted rain sensing power fan/vent; exterior storage for larger items in rear; two batteries (new in 2017), two propane tanks; tongue electric jack; manual fold out awning covers the length of the unit on the right side; two roof mounted heat pumps for heating and air conditioning, one propane furnace ducted to all areas of the unit for heat; water heater is electric or propane; 50 amp electrical service with side and front mounted cable receptacles, 55 amp DC power converter; LCD TV (19-Inch) with DVD in Bedroom; Surround sound audio; 1000 watt inverter; Surge Protector.
