13,500 BTU A/C with heat strip;
18,000 BTU Furnace w/Electronic Ignition;
3 burner cooktop and ample counter tops;
Dometic Gas/Electric 2-Way Refrigerator;
6 Gallon Water Heater w/Electronic Ignition;
Sony entertainment system;
Some minor rock dings but comes with Segment Protectors; Tires have good tread depth left and new spare tire; Original Owner’s Manual and systems manuals are included in the original Airstream Shoulder Bag.
It comes with wet bath, but it’s far larger than the split bath. Trust me, you will need this if you have “naughty� kids…And you can pull the curtain over to keep the toilet dry …

Gently used with low mileage; Non-smokers; An enjoyable experience every time!

Following maintenance done this year:
New Battery; New propane pigtail hoses; New Electric Jack; Roof maintained

Need to correct one thing:
it did
come with 13,500 BTU A/C, not 11,000 BTU as I listed.
