Excellent condition, everything works perfectly. 56,024 miles on a Workhorse chassis with new suspension air bags. Chevy 454 V Tech gas engine. Sleeps four comfortably. New European leather full size fold-out sofa mid-cabin and new queen size matress in bedroom. all new dash heat and A/C. New ductwork for furnace. Two new flat screen HDTV's. Appliances: three burner propane cooktop, Microwave/convection oven, Dometic refridgerator auto switches from electric to propane, new water pump, water heater heats fast, new carburator on Onan 5000 generator, two rooftop A/C units blow cold, 19" Goodyear RV 620 tires in good condition, Privacy shades throughout, two leather captains chairs (driver and passenger) in great shape, service and maintenance records in original owner's manuel. Extra storage cabinets inside. Flooring: bedroom and front are carpet, bath is tile, wood veneer mid cabin.
Original purchased in California, second home in Arizona, third home Texas. Well maintained and always under covered storage. Just a very nice motorhome with an average of 4,309 miles per year.
