This 2000 35' AIRSTREAM Dual Slide Land Yacht 355 XL is on the FORD Triton frame with 67,600 well maintained miles. Recent brake job, 6 new tires and new Interstate batteries. Non-smoking, non-pet owners so no old smoke or pet smell. New fold out sofa, upgraded carpet and plenty of beautiful oak cabinetry throughout the coach make a beautiful galley. Corian countertops, double basin sink, 8 ft refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner stove and microwave/convection oven. Individual window awnings, day/night pleated shades, patio awning, and hydraulic leveling. With 5 Exterior Storage Bays and 2 Pass-thru Bays this RV has exceptional basement cargo storage capacity. 2 ducted AC units, this RV can stay cool in the Mohave desert and has a furnace and electric heat strips for colder weather. Recently serviced 5.5KW Onan generator with about 120 hours on it and a Blue-Ox Aventa tow package ready to pull a vehicle. With its large tank capacity I have been able to "dry" camp for up to a month. This RV is ready for a new adventure. On a side note, this is a used RV with some minor problems, there are some scratches and the passenger side windshield has a crack, that is a $1500 job and I will adjust for it.
