Title: 1998 Airstream Excella 1000 30 - Arizona
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.
The mid-bath floor plan of this 1998 Airstream Excella 1000 - 30' is very rare. It's the luxury model for this year. It has been lovingly well-preserved. Interior has lots of solid wood, flooring, fabrics and countertops in great condition. Wood floors. Two flat screen TVs – a wall-mounted and countertop. The refrigerator, propane furnace, and stove / oven are completely operable. Radio with speakers throughout. Front window tinted rock guard. Nice awnings on all windows all around. Lots of storage space in the cedar lined closets, and the upper and lower cabinets. The tires were replaced in 2015. Includes the original owner’s manual.
Items that need to be replaced include the bathroom faucet, converter, A/C, and hot water heater. Overall, the exterior skin is in very good shape, except for two areas -- a push-in crease on the street side rear corner panel and a couple small dents on the driver’s side.
This Airstream is very close to move-in condition or an easy flip. Asking $19,995
