You're looking at a 1995 Airstream Land Yacht LE Series. This RV has plenty of life left and guaranteed to bring memories to your upcoming family vacations and road trips! Sleeps 5. Cooling/Heating System has 2 A/C rooftop units and for the winter, propane heat. New convection oven/microwave combo. Upgraded thermostat system to avoid overheating. Engine is good. Upgraded winterizing kit installed. Replaced carpet that was in bathroom with vinyl flooring. ONAN Generator so can self sustain for when there's no hook ups.
That being said, there are things that need repair. The PARK in the transmission doesn't grab...we use chocks. Mechanic said it can be repaired for approx. $600. Drivers side windshield wiper doesn't work, can be fixed, just hard to find the parts. The door lock on the main entry door is broken BUT the deadbolt still works and that's what we've been using. Emergency brake does not work. Slight leak from roof or window, have not pinpointed from where. There's also a couple of fixtures inside (fridge handle/bathroom door lock/shades,etc) that we have rigged because parts are hard to find but still in working order. Upholstery in some areas have some wear and tear.
**We have the Original Manuals that came with the RV from the chassis to the appliances in the motorhome. Sold AS IS.
