Desireable 1992 Airstream Excella 1000 -- 29' with Twin Beds !!

Never any accidents. Did back up into a tree limb a few years ago & dented a top rear panel pretty good. That was NOT an accident- tree blew right into us!
Brought trailer to P&S in Ohio where they replaced the panel; Trailer also has has a fresh coat of clear coat.
Always stored indoors, Trailer remains in Good overall shape; no leaks, issues, or known problems.
What does NOT work or needs replacing:
**the bath fan; well, it works some of the time but only it knows when it will. I open the window & quit trying. Might need a new fan unit- might have a loose wire or connection, I don't know.
** the systems monitor above the gas range; pretty much the same thing. Sometimes it will, sometimes it wants to, and sometimes it won't.
** some of the screen windows need to have the screen material replaced; frames are fine & intact/ just need new screen material installed.
** the kitchen faucet. Developed a small crack on thew underside of the spout where it meets the faucet body. Well, okay, maybe I bumped it. But I was "on the road" so used some waterproof epoxy to get me through. Except for the visible epoxy repair, never needed to replace the faucet- you may want to.
** the furnace blower works but ohmygosh how it "squeels" - until it has run for some time - then it quiets down. ( note: we rarely need the furnace as the permanently installed Olympian propane fueled catalytic heater provides so much heat!)
What DOES work:
Everything else works, and works well, as it should. This includes smaller things such as switches, fans, hinges, automatic on/off closet lights, to Lighting & Electrical systems, Water pumps, tanks and systems, Propane system, stove, oven, microwave, Dometic Refrigerator/Freezer which operates on Propane &/or Electricity, Thermostat & Furnace w/ noisy blower, the Roof Air Conditioner with Heat Pump! Also the Electric trailer tongue jack, the gauges on the 2 Aluminum Propane tanks, the underbody stabilizing jacks, The THREE ZIP A DEE DOO Da Awnings, etc., etc. ...too much to list.
Almost forgot; New Thetfdord Toilet, and,
P.S. The Excella 1000 even came with a Door Bell - That works Too !
Of note:
*** Tires are several years old; good condition with good tread. Estimated 12- 15,000 miles on tires.
*** Batteries and weight distributing hitch are not included. If needed, these can be negotiated.

Personal Note: I have used this trailer in South Dakota in late October, and November where I have experienced below freezing and even near zero overnight temperatures on many evenings.
Even in temps like that, this heater provides so much heat, I have never had it set above "Low" for more than 8-10 minutes. This is Very Economical and Efficient!
