We are the second owners, purchased in 2004.

Front sofa bed professionally recovered in espresso brown natural leather, with new foam padding
Professionally replaced water heater, can be hooked up to electric as well as gas

New tires, brakes 2005, bearings repacked

New gas tank valves with fullness indicators

What is wrong with it:
It has one minor dent on the outside about the size of a golf ball that does not pierce the skin. It came with this dent so I don't know how it happened.
It needs one small section of the blue plastic trim on the outside replaced. Trim included.
