EXTERIOR: The body is in very good condition, one minor dent in skin on the rear, clear coat is in good condition. Roof skin panel was painted white by the previous owner. No water leaks in the skin, windows, or roof vents. Standard Winegard crank-up “batwing” TV antenna; newer window awnings, patio awning in good condition, no holes or tears; 40 lb. propane cylinders with new regulator and hoses, 2 new batteries in 2017; new TPMS added in 2016 with metal valve stems on all wheels; steel wheels with trim rings; tires are in very good condition, good tread, no weather checking, tire shade included, new spare tire has never been used; electric brakes on all 6 wheels; 3 piece window rock guards, no breaks; stainless steel corner protectors; standard electric tongue jack. 30 A standard 120 VAC electric “shore power” cord; 4 crank down stabilizer jacks.
INTERIOR: Oak trim throughout; twin beds with large storage compartments below; all upholstery in very good condition, blue carpet, sofa converts to a bed; dinette converts to a bed, fold-out table on street side, small fold-out table on curb side, cedar lined wardrobe closet in the hall opposite the bathroom; all plumbing in good condition; newer refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, and air conditioner; Atwood gas water heater; Suburban gas furnace repaired in 2016, both in good condition; Magic Chef 4 burner range with working oven; drapes replaced in 2016; Everpure drinking water filter under kitchen counter.
OTHER: A load equalizing hitch head with 1000 lb. spring bars is included. A double filter water filtration system with new hoses is available. The standard Airstream 50 gal. fresh water tank, 35 gal. gray water and 35 gal. black water tanks are in good shape. Sewer hose connection is standard Thetford fitting.
