Airstream is SOLD as of 10/14/2015. Thanks to all that had interest and inquired and took the time to travel to look at my Excella.
1990 Airstream Excella 29',rear twin beds, fold out sofa lounge in the front, side bath.
As of 09/02/2015 has 4 new Omni Goodride tires, repacked bearings, new seals, new valve stems, brakes inspected.
Non-smoking, in excellent condition inside and very good condition (no dents or leaks) outside.
Includes two custom fit memory foam mattresses, 10-11" thick, with less than 10 nights use.
Interior renovation includes custom draperies, new upholstery fabric, new laminate flooring, new wallpaper, new bathroom floor and toilet. New
12 volt Deep Cycle battery.
Beautiful original oak cabinets, cedar lined closet. Original ZIPDEE awning in great condition (cleaned 09/07/2015).
Very cold 2005 Whirlpool electric refrigerator/freezer.
Coleman heat/air unit delivers cold A/C and warm heat. Suburban gas furnace with thermostat (cleaned and tested 09/18/2015).
All appliances, electrical and plumbing are in proper working order.
No known issues with hot water heater, water pump, brakes, tires, electric hitch jack.
4 manual stabilizing jacks for leveling. No leaks, No dents in exterior panels.
This unit has the fold away dinette, a full 4 burner gas stove and full oven. A portable microwave is included. I have original Owner's Manual and many receipts that were passed down.
