Owned previously by a Forum member CKeasor (?). Possibly search the forums for some of the work he did to the trailer.
This is a 25′ Sov Center Bath. We camp in it 4-5 times per year and she has been great. Unfortunately these dog gone kids grow up QUICK and they are now too big for the front pull out sofa. And they have teenager type activities, etc, and we just don’t have the time. But our family enjoyed it for 4 years and made lots of memories.
We purchased from him approx 4 years ago (Nov 2010). Just prior to selling Chris had done quite a bit of work to her (“Melody”). I will try to dig out that list, but off the top of my head our combined efforts are:
1. New tires (about 1.5 yrs)
2. New higher load axles
3. Nice Reese sway bar and heavy duty hitch
4. Undercarriage painted/treated
5. New flooring (with some subfloor)
6. Three nice ZipDee awnings (though the main awning is frayed a bit at the back end)
7. Powered Tongue jack
8. New TV antenna
9. Fridge routinely serviced
10. Magic Chef stove/oven completely operational
11. Roll down doors fully functional
12. Complete set of drapes
13. Hickory Closets!
