Trailer is in excellent condition on the inside, all original thru out. New air conditioner, new refrigerator, couch has been reupholstered and drapes have been replaced. The outside is fair, no damage to the shell. No leaks, awnings are original. The frame is very rusted and trailer is not moveable in its present condition. It is my opinion that it will have to be professionally moved and underbody will have to be repaired. It was exposed to salt water and the damage is extensive. The frame is in tact and the floor is solid, no rot.
