3. the flooring was changed to bamboo, as you know, this year had some really ugly flooring. the bamboo is really nice looking and long lasting
4. we added LED lighting throughout
5. the exterior paint is brand new, the stripping was cracked up.
6. all the exterior molding has been changed to the newer style
7. the A/C unit has been upgraded too
8. all the exterior marker lights are LED
9. new porcelain offer 30 day toilet
