1979 Airstream Sovereign 31 - Minnesota

Title: 1979 Airstream Sovereign 31 - Minnesota
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

Renovated, ready to go camping.
Center bath
Was originally twin beds in back, we have a custom full size mattress with storage in back.
New Refrigerator - Helium Atwater 2way 6 cubic feet, blue LED interior lights, . Installed 2015.
New Black and Grey water valves - replaced at Airstream in 2015.
New shoreline (30A).
New water pump 2015.
Gas lines checked at Airstream 2015. Original Suburban furnace and Magic Chef Oven work.
Heavy duty axles and electric brakes (from Inland RV), professionally installed 2014. Very low miles on them.
Custom interior with Clear coat Hickory.
Custom upholstery. Can sleep 2-3 around the large U-shaped sofa, or put the table down in front for a very large bed.
2 - 30 gallon propane tanks with current turn valves.
Original Zip-Dee awnings in great shape (large curbside, two street side)
Vista view windows.
Electric Jack.
Back 8 feet of frame professionally replaced. Painted with POR15.
Marine grade plywood subfloor in back and at door.
Window seals updated.
1979 Airstream 31 foot is when Airstream was still making trailers lighter. We pull ours easily with ½ ton truck (2013 Ram).
Weight Distribution Hitch included.
We have a rearview camera that was never installed that is included.
Newer toilet (replaced by PO).
Stored indoors year round since 2013 (when not camping).
Air conditioner.
Flooring is carpeted rubber tiles (http://www.rubberflooringinc.com/int...re-series.html). Easy to swap out.
Just needs a new water heater. We planned on installing a tankless inline heater some day.
We have primarily used at State Parks, including boondocking. Pulls great. Only selling because we now have a cabin. Serious inquiries only.
You can contact us by filling in the form on the right hand column of the ad listing:
