1979 Airstream Ambassador 29 - Florida

Title: 1979 Airstream Ambassador 29 - Florida
I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

1979 28' Airstream Ambassador (Rare Subfloor)

Shell off frame restoration. Frame repaired, sandblasted and painted.

New Farmtek Polyethylene subfloor. This subfloor will never ever rot. Water proof.

We took off all interior panels and put in new Roxul water resistant Wool insulation.

New vinyl flooring. Started buildout. Two sets of bunk beds and a dinette with storage underneath.

Kitchen cabinets, brass faucet not installed.

Natures head composting toilet not installed but brand new.
Basically we have almost everything to finish project but can no longer finish it even though this has been my wife's much loved project.

We have:
New tub, new shower head and bath faucet
New hot water heater
Three fantastic fans
New convection stove top
New under counter fridge
New solid wood counters
The bottom belly pan must be riveted back on when camper is finished. You can have our rivet gun.
New batteries and new battery connections completed
Extra flooring in case you need it
We have a new regular RV toilet and we can keep natures head composting toilet if you'd rather but we have not tested black tank. We have another RV and have had our full with black tank surprises so we had planned to switch to a composting toilet in this camper.

You will need to finish some minimal framing with bunks, run fresh water lines, finish bathroom frame out, paint, get cushions for dinette and install the new adjustable table stand at dinette. Kitchen faucet is in camper and needs to be installed.

This is an all electric camper. When we purchased the shell, no propane lines were run and we hadn't planned to run any.

Serious inquiries only, please. We have photos of all work if you're a serious buyer. Happy to give you everything we have. I'm sure I left out some items. This Airstream is almost complete and is water proof. We tested it many nights through several major storms and a near miss hurricane. No leaks.

$17,900.00
