I was told when I purchased it that the engine had been overhauled at some point but I don't know when and how many miles. Seems to run strong. I purchased two brand new front tires in 2011 that have approximately 200 miles on them. New potable water pump installed in 2011. Fuel pump new in 1990. New radiator core in 1989. It has Zip Dee awnings installed all around. I believe the water tank holds 50 gallons. I have the original owner's manuals and most maintenance receipts since new. The magic chef stove has a small regulator on top that is leaking propane, easy fix once part is obtained. The in dash heat/air conditioner does not work. The in dash radio does not work. I had a front drivers tire blow out and it ripped the front left turn signal out of the socket. I now have one mounted to the bumper. When I had the repairs done from the blowout I got it back without a working speedometer. I use my Garmin GPS to track my speed. There is a cb radio installed that I have never tried to use. It has an aftermarket cruise control installed but I think a wire was knocked loose when I had the alternator belt replaced last year because it worked until then.
